Keith J. Sullivan, PT
Earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from St. Cloud State University, Minnesota in 1986, then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1988. Keith has served as the Lead Clinical Specialist at Fairview Southdale Hospital’s Spine Care Center, worked at the Institute for Athletic Medicine in Edina, and has owned and operated BodyWorks Physical Therapy since 1998. He is actively involved in Karate, and is a new Scout Master for his son’s Scout Troop. Besides spending time with family and friends, he also enjoys canoeing and being in nature. “At BodyWorks Physical Therapy, patient care is our number one priority. My philosophy is that if you provide exceptional patient care, everything else will fall into place.” This is why BodyWorks Physical Therapy has become the leading Complementary and Alternative Physical Therapy Clinic in the state of Minnesota.
John D. Farr, PT/ATC
Earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota in 1988, then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Physical/Health Education with a minor in Coaching in 1989 and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1993. In his career as an athletic trainer, John has trained with the University of Minnesota Athletic Department, the Philadelphia Eagles and the Philadelphia Flyers, and is currently performing athletic training duties with sports teams throughout the Twin Cities Metropolitan area. John joined BodyWorks Physical Therapy in 2000. In his spare time, John loves to spend time with his children, play golf and hockey, and workout. He is actively involved in coaching and participation in his children’s sports and activities. “My philosophy of patient care is each patient is number one. Each patient is on their own journey. I am honored to hold space and be present for part of their journey. Life is about a dream.”
Jeanne Spadaccini, MSPT
Earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education, with a Fitness emphasis, and a degree in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1986. She then went on to earn a Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Monies, IA in 1995. Jeanne has worked in various clinical settings where she has focused on applying MyoFascial Release, CranioSacral and Visceral Manipulation techniques to various orthopedic problems as well as women’s health issues. Jeanne joined BodyWorks Physical Therapy in 2004. In her spare time, Jeanne enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, gardening, cooking, exercising, and enjoying the outdoors. She is actively involved in her daughters’ school and local Moms club. “My philosophy of care is that by facilitating patients to achieve greater health and wellness they are able to access some of their greatest assets in life.”
Andrea Zimmerman, DPT
Earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physiology and a degree in Dance from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in 2000. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2003. Andrea has worked in hospital and clinical settings specializing in pediatrics with an emphasis in CranioSacral Therapy, MyoFascial Release, and Visceral Manipulation techniques. Andrea joined BodyWorks Physical Therapy in 2007. In her spare time she enjoys being with her husband, traveling, and working on her home and garden. She also loves to dance and perform with various dance companies in the Twin Cities. “My philosophy of care is that as each person’s unique needs are addressed on a physical, intellectual, and emotional level, they will gain independence in realizing their goals and dreams.”
Mary Hessler, PTA
Earned an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from St. Petersburg Community College, Flordia in 1984. She also received a license in Massage Therapy from Suncoast School of Massage, Flordia in 1986. She became a certified neuromuscular massage therapist using the Paul St. John method in 1988. Mary has worked in various clinical settings in Flordia and Minnesota. Mary joined BodyWorks Physical Therapy in 2009. In her spare time Mary enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, and outdoor activities. “My philosophy of care is that everyone is a unique person and I strive to assist them on their journey of self discovery towards a happier and healthier active lifestyle.
Dan Zahn, PT/MS/ATC
Earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Athletic Training from Mankato State University in 1978, a Masters Degree in Health Physical Education and Recreation from the University of North Dakota in 1982, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Marquette University in 1985. Dan also completed a 2 year Manual Therapy Residency through the Ola Grimsby Institute in 1993. Dan has worked for various High School teams and sports as Athletic Trainer since moving to Minnesota in 1986. Dan joined BodyWorks Physical Therapy in 2010. Originally from Milwaukee, he is a big Packer fan. Dan also follows the Twins as well as his son’s traveling baseball team in the spring and summer. “My philosophy of care is one of doing what’s needed to allow the patient to live and function at the highest level possible.”
